The Annex

Here at Vale House you’ll find this lovely little hideaway we call The Annex. Dog Friendly, we welcome up to 2 dogs. The Annex is a lovely self-contained one bedroom unit which offers comfortable spacious accommodation for two or three with a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an inviting bedroom with double bed and en-suite wet room. The wet room has a drench shower with a glass partition, bowl sink and toilet, giving you all you need to freshen up in a practical space.

The kitchen has a fridge, electric oven and hob with extractor fan. It is fully equipped with all you need to prepare a quick snack or a satisfying culinary delight. The kitchen leads directly to an enclosed rear garden area perfect for a relaxing breakfast in the morning sunshine or easy access for your pets convenience.

The lounge is accessed from the kitchen and bedroom via a hallway and a 5 step staircase. This is a light and airy room which has double doors out to the front patio, which is surrounded by hanging wisteria and lawned gardens. The lounge has a dining area, log burner, comfortable sofas and a smart TV. All you need for a home from home escape to Cornwall.

Allocated parking is at the front of The Barn accessed by the driveway and The Annex is a short walk along the front of Vale House from the drive. The drive is enclosed by a five bar gate from the road, ensuring your car is secure.

There are further gardens to explore a Vale House including a flat lawn area perfect for exercising your dog and other garden pursuits. There is also a play area for children which include swings and a slide.
